When an appointment is missed or canceled without enough notice, it leaves gaps in our schedule that can’t be filled, impacting both our business and clients waiting for openings. To ensure fairness, we require 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or changes. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice—or missed entirely—will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of your booked service. This policy helps us provide the best service possible to all of our clients.

To secure your first appointment, all new clients are required to provide a fee equal to 50% of your booked service at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable and is only required for your initial visit. This policy helps us reserve time exclusively for you and ensures fairness to both our clients and our team.

To maintain a clean and professional environment, food is not permitted in the salon due to health and safety regulations. Drinks are welcome, but we kindly ask that you enjoy them during breaks in between your service. This helps us keep your experience comfortable and ensures our work stays precise and hygienic.

Clients are permitted to bring one extra guest only due to limited space in the salon. We kindly ask that you notify us in advance if you plan to bring a guest so we can prepare accordingly. Please note that guests must be over the age of 18.

We understand that life can get busy, but punctuality is important to ensure we have enough time to provide you with the best service possible. If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment, a $1.00 fee will be applied for every minute past your appointment time. Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and treated as a no-show, and the applicable no-show fee will apply.
